Know Before You Go - Please bring the correct equipment and clothing for your visit and make sure you read the terms and conditions of your booking.
Choose the Right Path - Help the environment by parking your vehicle in the overflow car park at Les Ormes and walking down the track. Better still, try walking, cycling or getting the bus!
Trash Your Trash - Valley Adventure Centre is an important and sensitive site. Discarded bottles, packaging and general waste can harm wildlife and have a negative impact on the environment. PLEASE take all of your rubbish home with you.
Leave What You Find - Leave things as you find them and don't damage plants, trees, walls or structures.
Be Careful With Fire - There is NO SMOKING or NAKED FLAMES allowed in the Valley. Supervised fires may only be allowed in designated fire pits as part of Valley Adventure Bushcraft activities.
Respect Wildlife - Respect our wildlife. Feeding wildlife can harm their health. Control pets at all times. We have ducks, red squirrels, green lizards, newts, slow worms, grass snakes, toads, hedgehogs, bats and a whole load more other wildlife.
Be Kind To Other Visitors - Please be considerate and patient with other visitors, we are all here to enjoy ourselves
Day out with the Kids - 'Looking for a day out with the kids - turn off the TV, lock up the games console and have a great time with the children. Whatever the weather and whatever their age... discover loads of fantastic family friendly attractions just round the corner and all over the uk'.

Food - Jersey is famous for its food and not just the spud! For one of the best views in Jersey, and a great bacon roll, try the Plemont Cafe at Plemont beach. For the best pizzas in Jersey, try the North Point Bistro at the Plemont crossroads. Big Verns in St Ouen's bay is a Jersey institution for breakfast. For good cakes, try Colleen's at Greve de Lecq. Our favourite all round eating experience is Danny's at the Harbour View at St Aubins, please visit: www.harbourviewjersey.com.
Pubs - For real ale the Moulin de Lecq down at Greve de Lecq, the Smugglers at Ouaisne or the Lamplighter pub on Mulcaster Street in St Helier are all a must.
Beaches - Jersey has so many great beaches, but there a few hidden gems that can be almost empty even on a summer's day. Beauport and Portlet on the South West coast are very secluded. Plemont has great caves to explore, but the beach is only accessible from mid to low tide. Green Island on the South East coast is great when the tide is out as it has lots of gullies to explore. When the wind is from the South or West head to Rozel, which also has the famous Hungry Man cafe. Aim to get there early as the queues build at lunchtime and there is limited parking.
